A big community

We have creating a very special community since 2010. We have opened 2 studios one in Venezuela (2010) and another in Mexico (2020). We also have been sharing trainings, Yoga classes and massage in San Diego since 2018. Our teachers and therapists have more than 20 years sharing this we way of living with open hearts.

Yin Yoga

This deliciously meditative class epitomizes deep opening and mindfulness of movement including some slow and conscious movements along with longer held floor-based poses.

This class is designed to build core strength and muscle definition, it gives a total body workout that will strengthen the core, arms, and lower body.

Private Yoga

Some may wonder what makes private yoga classes so special, after all, there are plenty of group classes to choose from, right? Well, most are really surprised by the differences when they experience a private yoga class for the first time.

Also known as yoga personal training or yoga 1:1, private yoga classes are an entirely different way of practicing yoga to a group class. These classes give us teachers the chance to tailor the practice to your unique body and to help you to reach any goals you may have.

Corporate Yoga classes

Corporate Yoga is a yoga practice that takes place exclusively in the workplace, often as part of an employee wellbeing scheme, or as part of a private yoga class.

The idea of corporate yoga is to bring a team or department together, increase employee productivity and improve workplace morale.

Corporate yoga sessions can be arranged so that they provide a break in the workday, as a way to de-stress at the end of the day, or as a way to prepare for the day ahead.

All corporate yoga practices include the foundational principles of yoga including physical stretching exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness practice and relaxation techniques.
